Wu Cong
Employing archive and memory as tools, WU Cong’s research-based practice is informed by a preoccupation with little-understood histories, ignored facts, individual subjective experiences of the past, and marginalized landscapes that take form in the found objects, texts, old photos, and oral accounts. WU Cong’s works involves video, installation, photography, ready-made, and painting. He uses these different mediums to explore the complex overlap of fact and fiction, past and present, and the everyday and the transcendent. He is seeking to reconfigure the relationship between personal emotions, memories, local history, and places, all in response to our contemporary fears, anxieties, confusions, as well as the struggle to shape identity and the perception of place.

Nicolas Leconte
It is often said that the sea shapes those who grow up near its shores. In Nicolas Leconte—now anchored in Brittany but raised on the Normandy coast—this influence is as visible in his landscapes as it is in his approach to the human subject. The horizon, for him, is not a distant line but a constant breath, a metronomic measurement of time. The photographer has built a rich and varied artistic universe, spanning from landscapes to street photography, by way of travel and portraiture. Imbued with vibrant colors, his shots reflect a singular sensitivity where nostalgia intertwines with raw emotion. Driven by a unique mastery of color that grants each image narrative and visual depth, every photograph tells a story. Here, silhouettes find their place within poetic compositions that captivate through their singular aesthetic.
